I am a preparedness and response professional with a career rooted in emergency management, operational readiness, and high-reliability environments. My background includes extensive service in the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, governmental, and healthcare roles supporting complex organizations where clear training, precise documentation, and regulatory compliance are essential to mission success.

My experience spans HAZMAT, CBRN, and PHTLS operations, regulatory compliance, including OSHA, FAA, ICAO, DoE, DoD, Joint Commission, HHS, DHS, and FEMA frameworks. I have created and developed emergency response plans business continuity plans, exercise design, and after-action improvement plans. I bring a systems-thinking approach to learning and documentation, ensuring materials are not only compliant, but usable, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
